Please do if you like and I will probably go do more research on the matter, but it won't change how I feel about LVVV having potential for growth still. The fundamentals outweigh the negative.

For me, I actually spoke to someone from their new IR firm that they hired (EquiNet, LLC). The guy I spoke to informed me that they are helping LVVV get current with their financials. From my understanding, it's their show now and none of what happened in the past won't matter regardless.

So if he says that the guy is not part of LVVV going forward, then I'm taking the risk to believe him as none of that past will matter in my opinion since the guy was neither an Officer nor Director of LVVV.
