I think the thing that is annoying is the expected success of a failure.
It is like putting a kid behind the wheel of a NASCAR. he's never done it before but we paid him to drive. Then complain how he can't even drive a straight line but are convinced he will still win the race.

I have my set of complaints. But you for sure wouldn't want Kim to do them. Mostly they consist of not communicating.
I don't want to hear from Kim unless something is DONE.
I don't care who is crying about more communication.
Trying to make something news to appease a few people is what leads to estimates and forward looking statements.
