you are 100% correct !!!!!!!!!!

Double check like this :

If you had 100,000 shares
and there was an R/S of 1 for 25 you end up with ( 100K divided by 25 = ) 4,000 shares

so then you had 4,000 shares
and there was an R/S of 1 for 4 you ended up with 1,000 shares

so then you had 1,000 shares
and there was an R/S of 1 for 15 and you ended up with 66.6666666 shares

so NOW you had just 66
of the original 100,000 shares and THIS R/S came up with 1 for 8 shares

so by Monday you will have 66 divided by 8 , or 8.25 shares of the original 100K

so by this coming Monday you will have 8 shares of the original BUY !

now,

8 multiplied by 12,000 = 96,000 or 100,000 ORIGINAL shares
fractional shares
9 multiplied by 12,000 = 108,000 original shares
or
100,000 divided by 8 = 12,500

so for ALL practical reasons , your math IS spot on !

it is DECREASED by 12,000 ............ (and not by just 52) = HUGE , HUGE , HUGE losses

and a THEFT in a LEGAL way ......

an ABSOLUTE disaster
