*** This is just a sample of what we get from the company, they use the past tense like converted in one sentance but then say they just signed an agreement and will convert later. And end of summer... what year summer 2009?

I.M.O. this stock price is going to plummet, the outstanding shares will be sold into float and share price goes down!!
