then you are spot on my good sir...so who would be owning the remaining 5%? or would he be referring that 5% be the float afterwards...after the company buys or owns 95% of shares?

I agree with zc, the way it is read, company refers to MCUS on legal terms..but that would make this quite difficult to comprehend Will is buying back all those shares or would he??
