All trump needs to cut in Medicare and Social Security to make a huge improvement is to cut the fraud!

Cut it all, from the fake azz people getting it to the corrupt officials stealing it; from the administrators to the health care criminals. Plus... Stop the gov from borrowing (stealing) from it. Heck, why not go after the gov to repay all the money it borrowed up to this paint?!
