Those investors are entitled to ??? 1.3 billion? Your argument only holds water if we can prove DMRJ violated a usury law. "If" the interest and options were legal at the time the transactions occurred, we will not be given credit for "any" amount collected from these past transactions.
I'm still waiting for "proof" the terms of the loans we received were illegal in some way. Not were the "loans" legal but, were the "terms" legal. "Usury" may be our best hope of not loosing the entire $86 million. Just my opinion.
