Nevermind... I just read your profile.

I've been trading equities full-time since 1995 - 96 and had been a member here since 2004 and that's only because I didn't know the place existed prior to that.

I do not have another part-time job. This is all I do. And I perform all of my due diligence prior to putting on a position.

I've followed Robert Atwells other companies in the past and, after he has exhausted all avenues by issuing convertible toxic debt,all of them have gone to zero. Then he ends up selling them as a shell and moving on to the next predestined failed venture.

SKYF appears to be headed in that direction. And that's not to say that money cant or wont be made here. But it would be an intelligent decision to make, if you are tossing year hard earned dollars at this particular stock, to find out what it is you're purchasing and how viable the business entity is or have the capacity to become.
