EPGL has zero intentions of uplisting anytime soon. Any folks that are wondering why, don't understand the play. The plan is to be bought out. Unless they nix those plans then there is no reason to go through the costly and timely process of uplisting. The only pps that matters to the majority of shareholders is the buyout pps. The day to day pps, which some are fixated on, is 100% irrelevant. To management, the only shareholders that matter are the ones that are in it for the long haul and know the play. They could care less about short term players/flippers or those that lack patience. If people don't like it or understand it, then they know where the door is.
To reiterate, there will be no uplisting in the near future.
