is heading in the right direction? Didn't require ANY digging. I had never heard of the guy and simply put his name into Google.

Everything I posted is on Page 1 of a google search of the guy's name. Nothing else. Just type the guys name into the search box.

As for the shareholder letter, the most significant item mentioned in that letter is the company claims to be committed to "equity financing"

equity financing is diluting the ownership interest of current shareholders in favor of the dilution protected lenders and insiders.

that's not a good thing. In fact, it's quite sleazy
