This is hilarity at its best....he is going to spin off the separate ticker with 500M shares/10M preferred, so he can divest himself of UNGS (and all its toxic convertibles/debt) all together and is already making the new company into another shell company with the GCC Superstore as a subsidiary...even though, it is the only part of the company. He has to create all the bureaucracy so that he can pay himself for zero execution. This clown is starting it up all over again, priceless...pun intended...

Bring on the awareness....we need to make the OTC market place a little more corrupt!!!!
