The shares were issued in Nov.16, by breitburn, reported on Jan. 18, 2017, yesterday, noone new about this till yesterday, look it up on the OTC market under filing, SEC 13G. not making this stuff up, easy to find! Shocked, that this has happened.
Why would Breitburn sell shares?
How can Breitburn sell shares while in BK?
Does the court know of this transaction?
Was it approved by the court?
Conclusion BBEPQ CEO/Staff a bunch of crooks?
Interesting a hearing is scheduled for Jan.26?
