The Articles of Incorporation are always filed with the Secretary of State, and that includes amendments.
I said that the Secretary of State is the AUTHORITATIVE source for the A/S.
That means if any other source for the A/S is different from the what is stated in the Articles of Incorporation filed with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State is ALWAYS correct. That includes even if the Transfer Agent provides the different figure. In that case, the Transfer Agent has the wrong figure because the corporate management has not provided the TA was the updated figure.
DNA Btands, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Colorado.
Therefore, the authoritative source for the A/S can be found on the website for the Colorado Secretary of State.
The current correct figure for the A/S of DNA Brands, Inc. is 25 billion shares of common stock plus a significant amount of preferred stock.
You can look those facts up for yourself on the website.
