1) it's merely a drawdown under the previously announced shelf registration

2) at least it's not balance sheet destroying toxic debt

3) this will probably take us close to the expected 35 million o/s, and at .50 it's still dirt cheap relative to prospects and an improving balance sheet

imo, the after hours drop was WAY overdone
