I tend to disagree.
We are talking about "highly valued intellectual assets properties" in the UPS sector that could have a really nice value (but I agree when you say that first we have to see the potential revenues they can generate).
Anyway, right know market isn't giving any premium to these assets and that sounds unreasonable.

UPS market is growing and is a multi billion market.

When they will release more info about them we will see their appreciation in the balance sheets and in the price of the shares.
