If you change the "Time Period" to "All", you can see that the mean Short Interest Value jumped from about 15% to 30% in 2013 and stayed there until September 2016. Since then it went back to something between 15% and 20%.

That's a good point. There has been a noticeable lack of shorts posting here. A while back they were in full force. Only one remains here now and even his along for the ride might be over soon. Of note I thought the MM's weeded out all the weak hands by now. I noticed there are still a few remaining. Not sure how they managed to remain though. Scared money makes no money. Only the strongest of the strongest hands should be here. I am WhaleBalls.
