I'm reading thise articles posted about Jeffrey Friedland being a scammer.

I have to admit That concerns me greatly as it does appear he was investigated and sanctioned by the FCC. Can someone explain the validity or the falseness of this situation? I know it was a long time go, but what exactly happened? Can he be trusted?
