business is business...but as far as loyalties go, vietnam has no reason to feel any loyalty to the U.S...the tpp is nothing without U.S. involvement..the negotiations had been going on for a long time..the U.S. expressed commitment to it many times...and just when it looks like it's a done deal, trump gets elected and says he's going to chuck it into the wastebasket..

and we are going to question vietnam's loyalty?...
