Oh yeah. Nothing emotional about it.
At this point, I find this entertaining. It's in BK, so we're probably screwed, but I think there is a more than non-zero chance we see something happen here. If not, I'd be surprised - given who we were involved with and the fact that they really weren't that smart or careful.
Of course, there is nothing entertaining about what has happened here. The letter in the court record about the guy and his paraplegic wife is pretty rough. This stuff matters significantly to some people. It may never be caught, but I'm certain they set us up for failure and lied to keep us engaged.
They sold something worth $200M for $117M and that is the difference between a win and what some of us will get.
