HowDoesBWMG RankIn USA asStock?,GreenblattMagicFormulaStock?

Above is an UncleStock Screen I have that yields 34% profit per year over last 7 years, its based on high sales to price and GreenBlatt Magic Formula ranking.

What is the Magic Formula?, something that made Greenblatt rich as a hedge fund manager, go to bottom of this post for details.

Above you see the Uncle Stock rankings, BWMG comes out 2nd out of all the stocks in USA. There a $1 Million market cap and $39 Billion mkt cap stocks in that list. Out of the roughly 10,000 stocks, BWMG ranks 2nd, rather amazing considering it has already gone up 4 times. BWMG has an amazing 494% ROCE, Return On Invested Capital and a EBIT Yield of 61%, no wonder this screen and Greenblatt rate it so highly.

But on these extreme value screens there are often data errors that get the stock on the list or one time events that fool the formulas. That is the case with VRS, #1 on list it has badly lost money the last 3 years, does not belong on the list, a data error. That makes BWMG #1 out of all USA stocks, as its numbers are real, rather amazing.

In fact I have looked at almost every one of those stocks above and only CYLU was not an error or fluke. CYLU is another super value stock I have bought, they have semi a monopoly of chemical light market.

Pass this info along. BWMG is a top Magic Formula stock in addition to its other good attributes and #1 ranking on a screen that has worked very well for me.

Cheers
