Well, sure, but I think $1B in Revenue won't come immediately. Cannabis Meds is kind of new. Some will be hesitant. Some states in USA may not allow for a year or two. Some are just too old school to consider a product made from "the Devils weed". Haha.

May take some time and proven success to get sales up to $1B.

But! Having multiple products will drastically help reach $1B.
