You might want to re-read the actual filing and not the PR. Rights in Europe and Asia are spelled out a little different than you indicate.

I have owned this company in the past and sold out on a P&D operation to a small gain after watching perpetual depreciation for over a year. I have watched and monitored PTN and its entire management team since this time approx. 3-4 years ago. I am EXTREMELY familiar with the CEOs actions/tricks and telling commons one thing than then a filing reveals all of the warrants and ugliness he fails to disclose until forced by law.

Moral of the story, I have a deep understanding of all things PTN and your rosy colored glasses will serve you well as you lose money on a corrupt team of leaders.

Which he followed with a hearty laugh in response to a question about revenue/profits. The CEO has no vested interest in seeing his company succeed. He is not a go getter and has never brought any true value to PTN common shareholders....this is a fact...
