It is expenses like rent that keep small businesses from opening.

When you can offer a service that allows the mall owners a benefit, you negotiate a deal for lower or non existent rent. Malls are closing all over the place. They need tennents and traffic. A real no brainer here...

I survived making deals like that most of my life :)

Not on this scale I should add...

but I am getting up to another scale with OWC* and GIGL !!!
