Wait a second. If they are doing a R/S now (which is disappointing as such) wouldn't UBSS have to cover as such?? Because of a R/S, they will have to do a inventory of shares in order to conduct the split. If UBSS, really IS short as much as we think they are, I'd tend to think they would need to cover??
