How would the FHA work alongside banks - F and F - and what populations would it serve?

I see FHA for the 3% down mortage

Seems thee is a large buying segment that F and F could help without crossing a business line --- some combined maximize profit but guidelines approach

oh year - a regulated monopoly

that is my preference

a private - we own it - regulated monopoly (I grew up with these for utilities of every sort as a child to young adult - and while not great in every way - owners of these private companies got about 2-3% growth and 5-6% dividends year after year for stocks selling at 9-10 earrings
