PR Newswire is a wire service. Harris doesn't pay for them to move his PR's. PR's are faxed or emailed to PR Newswire, then moved on their wire for publications to print if they choose. The publications are the ones who pay to have the serice, not the other way around. It's just like if you pick up a copy of your paper and there's a AP report from Iraq. The newspaper pays for the AP wire and has access to thousands of stories. They pick and choose the most newsworthy and put them in the paper. Anyone that says it costs 1500 bucks to put a PR on their service is lying or just doesn't know how a wire service works.
