I have been watching this ticker for awhile, one thing I've noticed is for the last couple of months the company is always putting out PR's saying how bullish the stock is yet I have yet to see it go above .0005. Most of the time its been .0004 or lower. Is a bullish signal in this ticker only maybe worth one tick? At 13B in the A/S and little over 12B in the O/S is it time for a major R/S. Guess I'll keep watching. I just went through a 1000 to 1 R/S with POTN and don't want to experience that again. GLTA
