IMO they knew that the RS would occur shortly after it was postponed. There was some snafu with Ca so they decided to move it a Nevada corp. MUME is already there and Ken probably knows the laws are more pro corp there. It would be real interesting to see who proffited on the RS cancellation. This company has more leaks than the New Orleans Levee's
