This was a media smear campaign against CBD and hemp derived CBD is indeed protected by the Hemp Farm Bill. There are numerous lawsuits out against this. The admin tags are for concentrates and somehow it got blown out of proportion that it is all CBD. It was really only meant to allow the DEA a way to track all the dabs and waxes separately . Of course they allowed the wording as to confuse and manipulate the public and it violates current law as stated. Huge bs move by DEA and its being addressed.
