Mistrial. Not judged on facts but character assassination. I was there. Key witnesses of playboy and former employees had criminal records and had axes to grind. Judged denied cirtran objections. Playboy attorney admitted that they contacted distributors and told not to pay $5 million in distribution fees that Cirtran needed to pay playboy circumventing Cirtran which are the facts. Go to the courthouse and read for yourself. Your so called facts are old news . If this judge does not rule a mistrial the appeals court will which are attorneys not jury of your peers. Read my lips, we will get a new trial and hopefully only facts presented. We get $25 million and move on. Better uses for the money.
