Huh? Just like the Elena, the Felix has no proven reserves, nor is there a resource....only surface sampling has been done there. The "million ounces" was simply in reference to what might be possible, given that the region is home to other properties of like geology.

At this point, they have NO producing properties.

And, the Felix is simply now back in their control, after the buyers defaulted.
