I are confused? I see:

1) The purpose of the filing was to "correct" the conversion price from "80% of .018" to ".0026"!
2) The liquidation option has been removed.

The number of shares owned of 143 million is the same in the September 15 form 4's.

I have a real nasty head cold & taking high doses of cold meds (really) but I don't see where this is "good"? Is it me?
