Bottom Line with the HIRU GA SOS Filings

The bottom line with the HIRU filings is that HIRU filed to be reinstated within the Georgia Secretary of State (SOS) and was approved after having confirmed that HIRU had paid all fees and penalties due to the Secretary of State (SOS). This was deemed factual to have transpired on Oct 11, 2016 as it was also stated by the SOS that HIRU had met the requirements for reinstatement under Title 14 of the Official Code of Georgia (GA).

More Importantly...
The Georgia Secretary of State (SOS) granted that the HIRU reinstatement shall relate back to and take effect as of the date of the administrative dissolution and the entity may resume its business as if the administrative dissolution had never occurred.

This means that those earlier years during such dissolution are of no concern and that the corrections made starting on Oct 11, 2016 trumps the errors made within any filings before Oct 11, 2016.
