'TenKay'? although research discloses to the contrary, you're generally correct!

In either case, whether nothing tangible of said companies to pursue, or said companies would argue under the "implied" protection of the SHA, or, Lawyers wouldn't bother as the pen in their shirt pocket would likely cost than the whole case combined!

The Pinksheet would get away free and clear from what they've knowingly stolen from investors!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
