I drove by their office and I could not find the address, then I saw this alley with garages, their address is a garage in a row of 300 sq. ft. warehouses. I could not believe it. Then I knocked on the door and this guy came out in nasty smelly blue overall, he smelled of BO and had alcohol on his breath and had grease all over his hands like he was working on a car. I asked him is this where NDEV runs their company, and he replied yeah NDEV that's my brothers insurance company. I said what do insure and he pulled out a nicely rolled joint and started smoking it and blew the smoke in my face and slammed the door in my face and said thanks for your money, you helped pay for mamas surgery.
