every other company has one, unless they are flaunting SEC rules,, but hey, these guys might be exempt. take a look at GPGI... (spin straw into gold), or ITME, (we might find oil in australia), or TGIS, (we are a real consulting company who is trying its best)... but hey.. maybe CSHD is exempt from saying such trivial things.
