Here we go again. Sullivan filing papers, Rosen responding YADA YADA YADA. We haven't gotten the final disposition on monetary compensation from the first case yet and now the 2nd complaint (if any) will keep the share price down for another 8 months.

TOTAL BS-these friggin slim balls get away with this.

Not to mention will probably cost CTIX another couple of million shares to pay Sullivan fees for the second case..
