Tennis111, it is imperative to watch for the BK Reorganization PLAN which will stipulate the outcomes for all series of shares. Preferred Shares have a greater chance of compensation than common shares, but in far too many instances even the Preferred Shares receive no compensation.

Watch for the Reorganization PLAN.
