Makes zero sense to withhold this information unless it was related to the share price.

Do they want to work into a more powerful move for whatever reason might exist which are many?

Stock is clearly being manipulated because it should be 3 times higher based purely on additional financing, SNY settlement, EpiHaler, and new distribution & insurance coverage.
