If an attorney did review the filings in the Dekle case - in which the Complaints all state in detail that Sullivan misrepresented material facts in an effort to persuade a man who was dying of pancreatic cancer to sell his company to GDSI on terms that were unfavorable to the dying man - and did somehow conclude that that case is frivolous, that attorney simply does not know what he is doing.

Somehow, I think you know that the point that I just made is 100% accurate.

Sullivan is filth, trash and scum of a human being - pure and simple.
