I wonder...
PP et al and our deft deserter management most likely knew the situations when Seth and Franky plotted with them for the IZAP deal. Mcscam already was plotting their deals/asset sales for Jobs with L3.
Seems that this has not been brought up in support of the EC and OUR claims that shareholders were NOT being represented and their fiduciary rights were violated here, as part of the plots.
Another very stinky set of circumstances. They didn't care and PP et al just wanted/needed any source of cash so the L3 deal was approved over ANY fiduciary consideration of shareholders. Call these folks to court. WAY too much BS. I would think one/some of these folks would rat out the rest to save their own skins. At least Franky must want the stink removed from any actions reflecting on His company...JMHFO...
