The Dow is within 50 points of breaking an all time high.proving investors have confidence in the market. That should tricke down to the penny stocks, that have upside potintial in their market. CHRO has done that. I think the lastest PR gives us some of what we been asking for from managment. Good news, not hype by anyone posting. We should break through 03 today and possible hit 05. IMO last chance to pick up shares at a bargain price. No more 02 or 03 after the meeting
