The Scumbags Fuld & Erin Callan and the Rest of the SCUMBAG Traders were 'gambling' with firm money thru LBIE to 'skirt' around the REgulatory Hurdles of SEC/US Banking Laws but then put this 'Clause' in place (that Liabilities of LBIE would be on LBL- LBI/LBHI) to stiff the unsuspecting US & non-UK Shareholders with all the 'Risks' of their Trades...
