Why would you say buyout soon?

Looks like nothing has happened with the company in the last year.

No new trials, only dilution and no real news for a year.

CMO is gone, no one knows or can confirm if Oppenheimer is still under contract.

You would think that would be public information that SPHS would have to confirm or deny.

Does anyone at the company respond to that question or any other questions investors have?
