"aqueous ozone" is created by adding an extra atom to water? Lol......That's called hydrogen peroxide. Water is H20. H3O is a chemical impossibility, so the only thing you can do is add an oxygen atom, which yields H2O2, or hydrogen peroxide. Also, when you pass electric current through water, the result is hydrogen and oxygen in gaseous form. You may also get a few hydrate particles (hydrogen ions) in solution as well. Sorry to debunk the claims in the article...
