In my opinion, KTOV Management is doing fine. They don't have to prove anything, other than successfully executing their corporate agenda.

The market doesn't care where a company is, as long as it successfully executes according to the business plan projections, generates net revenues, and finally returns some cash back to investors (too early for distributions for KTOV).

KTOV is basically trading for close cash if what you stated is accurate. That's to the benefit of current investors, and swing traders. It allows a larger pool of anyone interested to pick up essentially future discounted shares and generate larger profits once the completed corporate action items are recognized by the rest of the market and KTOV appreciates.
