Free patents online is a good starting point for research.
Patents expire every 20 years. Companies often improve these processes over time resulting in new patents. This usually avoids expiration.
I notice that several of the pending patents relate to DNA sequencing. These, I. Elieve, are designed to replace expiring ones.
Based on the awarded patents I have studied, I would expect APDN to take swift action against any violations.
I can understand the scientific staff at APDN being kept busy in this regard 25/7.
I don't understand what the financial and admin. Employees did last year.
I could handle a company this size in my spare time( financials, payroll, tax filings)
In fact I do do this for several companies larger than this.
And guess what? None of them gave me a single share of stock last year.
I am chomping at the bit to know why these huge option grants in December. Screw a full throated response. Just explain in plain English, how these were earned? What are they for?
