I don't think SMAA has ever been a SEC filer - where did you find where they had filed a Form 15?

In 2011 SMAA was Inventbay.com, Inc (Incorporated in Delaware).

Anyone know why these guys went dark in September after making a couple of big deals? I have some emails out to the company and the the companies they did their latest deals with to try and find out but figured I would check here to see if anyone has already contact them?
