carp302 - Taking a WAG on when KBLB's pps will meet or exceed .25 is an exercise in futility - IMO.

However, I'm primarily looking for the following PR's (with substance and not Kim speak) in Q1/Q2 2017:

1.) Any joint PR's from Warwick/KBLB announcing the US Army has awarded the $1MM phase 2 of the shoot pack contract.

2.) Any PR's from VN govt/VN partner's (??)/KBLB that strengthen the supply chain for SS production and any financing thereon.

3.) Any PR's from KBLB announcing expansion of enhanced domestic production to further strengthen the supply chain for DS.

Any or all of these could drive the pps to (or even beyond) .25+ in Q1/Q2.

If KBLB were to announce a commercialization contract or a JV, namimg names and $$ scope of contract, the sky's the limit. I don't see that happening Q1/Q2 but who knows.

This is all speculation at this point.
