False yet again. The 10K was due 90 days after the year end which was December 29th. The 15 day extension made it due on January 14th. It was not filed on that date.

And yes it is a big deal when a public company, regardless of size, fails to file its 10K on a timely basis. Ignoring things like this has just about destroyed this company. This is just another step in that process.
